Reel Shaft Spacer Bush fits all 7HT Series Reels

7HT, 7HT Turbo and the new MAG are the best and most popular beach casting reels available today but have been prone to gear wear. Because of movement of the main gear on the shaft after some intial wear the gears cease to mesh fully and results in gear failure.This bush goes over the shaft and centralisers the gears and stops gears going out of mesh. Can be fitted from new or to older reels. fitting is simple just remove handle cover cap circlip and washer drop bush over the shaft through the handle nut, and replace removed parts, does not affect casting but makes reels and gears last longer.
